The IKAA Gathering 2013 will take place at the LOTTE Hotel in downtown Seoul (Myeongdong district – NOT Jamsil).
IKAA has negotiated a highly discounted room rate for Gathering participants at the Lotte Hotel Seoul, a 5-star hotel, centrally located within the city.

The exclusive room rate for Gathering 2013 participants is:
Standard room (1 or 2 persons) KRW 170,000 + 10% service + 10% tax for foreigners
(KRW 204,000 or approx. USD $190, as of December 6, 2012)
Superior Room (3 persons) KRW 220,000 + 10% service + 10% tax for foreigners
(KRW 264,000 or approx. USD $245, as of December 6, 2012)
*The rate includes FREE WIRELESS in the entire hotel + free access to the fitness facilities.*
**This significantly discounted rate will be available to Gathering participants from July 24th to August 12th 2013. The Lotte Hotel will ensure that if reservations are made using the IKAA reservations page, accessible via the direct link below, guests will receive the Gathering room rate, regardless of the rate that appears on the online booking page.**
***During the dates of the conference (Jul.29-Aug.4) continental breakfast (on most days) will be provided by the Gathering.***

If you make room reservations and do not register for the IKAA Gathering 2013, you will be subject to higher room rates at the sole discretion of the Lotte Hotel Seoul.
